We supply an automatic alarm system, comprising a Pressure Mat and portable Doorbell Pager, designed for anyone who wants automatic assistance if they fall out of bed. This system is used by carers who wish to be alerted should their charge get out of bed, or wander into restricted areas.

Especially ideal for use in a residential environment where, waking night staff who depend on being alerted whilst on their rounds.

Also very useful in a normal domestic environment, as the radio doorbell pager is reliable, and has a loud enough audible sound similar to that of a normal doorbell.

Specifications and Prices

Built into the Pressure Mat is a collection of sensors that can detect when someone steps or falls out of bed and onto the mat - once activated, the Pressure Mat will activate the Doorbell Pager.

The main restriction of the Doorbell Pager is that the alarm lasts only about 30 seconds, again about the same as a standard doorbell. The advantage is portability, size and price, being less than half the price of any other receiver.

We also design and supply specialist bespoke equipment, such as mats with timers - these are used where the carer only wishes to be made aware should the charge not return to bed, from say going to toilet.
